Position Summary
The Construction Coordinator provides the field oversight that keeps right-of-way commitments aligned with construction activity. This role manages access, documents site conditions, and connects landowners, contractors, and project teams once acquisition moves into the build phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate landowner access and construction entry in line with negotiated agreements.
- Document pre-construction and post-construction site conditions through photos and field reports.
- Monitor contractor activity for compliance with easement terms and project commitments.
- Address landowner questions and damage claims that surface during construction.
- Track restoration progress and confirm completion against agreed standards.
- Report field status, schedule risks, and access issues to project management.
- Support FAA Part 107 drone surveys and corridor inspections as assigned.
- Keep organized field records for each parcel and work segment.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years in construction coordination, field inspection, or ROW support.
- Understanding of easement terms and construction access requirements.
- Comfort working outdoors across active project sites and varied terrain.
- Clear field documentation and reporting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within service areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Experience on utility, pipeline, or transportation construction.
- Familiarity with restoration and damage settlement processes.
- Bilingual ability for on-site landowner communication.
Work Environment
Primarily field-based with extended time outdoors on active construction sites. Regular travel within assigned corridors is expected.
