Position Summary
The Project Coordinator keeps ROW programs organized and moving. This role supports project managers with scheduling, reporting, and document flow so that field teams, clients, and vendors stay aligned through every project phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, and status trackers across active assignments.
- Compile progress reports and parcel summaries for client and internal review.
- Coordinate communication among field agents, project managers, and client contacts.
- Organize project files, contracts, and deliverables within shared systems.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items for follow-up.
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation for project records.
- Help onboard field staff with project materials and reference documents.
- Monitor deadlines and flag schedule risks to project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years in project coordination, administration, or program support.
- Strong organizational skill and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfort managing shifting priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ROW, land services, utility, or infrastructure programs.
- Familiarity with project management or document control software.
- Background coordinating field-based teams across multiple locations.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
Work Environment
Office or hybrid role with occasional travel for project meetings. Most work happens within shared digital systems and collaboration tools.
